TERMS AND CONDITIONS/ CODE OF CONDUCT AND CLUB RULES
Neath flyers academy is committed to safegaurding and promoting the wellbeing of all our members.
This club belives it is important that all members, parents guardians and coaches understand and respect the safety and welfare of others. Therefore members are always encouraged to be open and able to share any concerns or compaints that they may have, about any aspects of the club with the clubs welfare officer or head coach.
* Your childs training session is not confirmed until paymentis made,if you dont keep up with paymentswe reserve the rightto cancel your childs training session resulting in your child not being able to train. If you are having finacial difficulties please let us know.
* Your child must become a member of Welsh Gymnastics Sport80.
* If a class is cancelled we will endeavour to put on extra classes wherever possible.
* We dont is issue refunds if your child misses any sessions due to your own circumstances.
*At registration you must declare whether or not you wish your child to be photographed during a training session for social media and marketing purposes. At competitions photos being taken are out of our control although we will inform the competition organiser where possible.
* You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us updated should anything change.
* You must refrain form brining your child to training if they have been unwell during the last 48hrs.
* RESPECT MUST BE SHOWN AT ALL TIMES TO ALL COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS.
* Neath Flyers coaches are not responsponsible for any injuries that can happen during training.
* Neath Flyers are not responsible for any lost property. leave valuables at home.
* Neath Flyers reserve the right to remove any persons from our club without refund who is found to be acting in a bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behavior. We will also remove any persons using drugs or alcohol.
* Neath Flyers will not tolerate any inappropriate, offensive or aggressive language or raised voices.
* For child protection reasons parents/ guardians must not take photographs/videos during any training sessions without permition from the caoches.
* Parents/guardians should ENCOURAGE your children to learn the code of conduct and club rules and participate within them.
* Parents guardians must not force children to take part in sport.
* HELP your child to recognise good performance and personal achievements, not just the results.
* Any medication required should whilst training should be put in a clear plastic bag, clearly named, for the gymnast to use.
* Members must wear suitable clothing for training and competitions- leggings,shorts or trousers with no zips/ buttons/ clasps or belts, close fitting full length t-shirts or jumpers no hoods. all long hair should be tied back with no clips. all jewellry removed including ear,noseand belly piercings.
* Members and parents /guardians must respect opponents and fellow participants and fully support thier team mates. Celabrate everyone's successes and achievements.
* All Members must inform the desk if they wish to leave the sports hall for any reason.
* Members must not use any equipment if a coach is not present.
* Members must inform us if they are going to be late or are unable to attend.
*Coaches must be informed before training if your child has an injury or if feeling unwell.
* If moblie phones are esential put them on silent and must not be used during training.
*If the fire alarm sounds please stay with your coach and follow the emergency procedures.
* When posting on social media members must not use other childrens name, photos or videos without concent.
